Ok first off let me just say that I have been wearing lace wigs for about 6 years now so Im quite the veteran... Ive tried every single textured wig known to woman lol but this is by far one of the BEST units I have EVER owned! She is gorgeous straight out of the box! Super soft and full even after flat ironing doesnt tangle and rarely sheds. As with our natural hair keep her hydrated with your favorite oil and the unit will deffinately last a very long time..Absolutely recommend!

I ordered 18in. the hair quality is fantastic and I was able to bleach it quickly with quick blue. theres no wave though. the lace is TRANSPARENT and can be tinted for any shade.

Ladies Ladies LADIES!!! Stop looking because this is it! I ordered and I LOVE!!! Pre-plucked hairline with baby hair. and I didn’t have to bleach the knots.... Haven’t washed it yet but so far I’ve had no shedding and the hair doesn’t smell. I got the 20”,I love this transparent lace, Couldn’t believe the price! I will def purchase again!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@invisilacewig.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
