Processing Time

It takes 1-2 days to prepare for stocked items after your payment has been processed, a tracking number will be provided to you by email after that.

Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

PO. Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please leave a physical address for your order.

Customs &Taxes

Orders shipped to countries out of United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. We usually declare the hair as “Sample of Hair” with a very lower value to help avoid taxes, but if it still happens, Invisilacewig is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding custom policies.

Sign for Delivery

It is strongly recommended for you to Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won't be responsible for the lost that caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard and any places else.
