Oou She's Cute!
This wig is new to my growing collection. And I'm glad I took a chance on it. I was nervous that the colors may look different in person, which is slightly does. But, it's still gorgeous. The red is more of a red-orange than just plain red that blends into orange, and so on and so forth. Also, the orange is a little less intense or distinguished. Depicted the yellow is more on the ends than the stem, the middle of the hair strand. Mine's is a little diluted. Nonetheless, I'm happy. The colors still look nice on me, so it's all good. *thumbs up*

Beautiful wig but a little tangles
The parting looks very natural and it's perfect for my casual Starfire cosplay. Only thing is that it tangles a little but other than that is just like the picture.- leftright

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@invisilacewig.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
