The wig is very good and I saw it in my front door after four days. Since I need a wig due to hair loss and I can not afford a human hair wig at the moment, I have found this good shop and the beautiful wig after a search for a period of time.

The wig came fast. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments. I did have to do some customization around the front to make the hairline more realistic for me. Also, my skin is very pale so the light brown lace was a bit difficult for me. I just put my foundation over it and it blends in pretty good. It’s super comfortable to wear because my hair underneath is so short. All around great wig for the price. I will buy more!

This was my first synthetic wig purchase and I have to say, I absolutely love it! I’m 5’7 and the 24 inch length with the soft curls reaches just below my mid back but if I straighten the wig hair it will be longer. I have long hair and always have a problem fitting all of my hair into any wig but this fit is perfect! I also love how natural the lace front hairline looks and the hair volume and quality is great!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@invisilacewig.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
