First of all , Let me tell you. THIS WIG IS THE BOMBBB!! I looove this unit! the shipping was speedy. I didnt have to do alot of plucking , all i had to do was cut the lace and put it on. No glue ! cap fits really snug to my head. I used a black cap .. in the picture with my pink shirt. To me , it looks better with a black cap. In the red shirt i have on a brown cap... felt as if my “scalp” part line was too light not as realistic. No tangling all day! i have wore this wig in 12 hour shifts and didnt tangle not once lol! i have wore it atleast 5 times

Bought this wig and was super nervous since I’ve never wore a wig before, but I’m trying to grow my hair out and I’m getting to the awkward stage! I absolutely love this wig! It does shed a little but I mean my normal hair sheds so it’s not that serious! It came in a cute box and they gave me a wig stand and eyelashes!

The wig came in just two days, and it came with a complimentary wig stand, wig cap, and an instruction manual for first-time wig users. Very impressed w the quality of the hair - it feels like human hair and it's not super shiny. No shedding or matting so far, despite the hair being curly!! The only drawback is that the hair is very dense on top, so you will need to thin it out and also pluck the hairline. I'm very satisfied with this unit and would definitely buy from this seller again!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@invisilacewig.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?

I purchased 20 in which is to my behind. I would say 14 is to mid back
