- I wasn’t completely disappointed with my purchase.

This wig I noticed right away was really poofy and wild. It doesn’t have any parts and it’ll be extremely hard to part it because of the tracks. The hair does get really tangled and dry. Wetting the hair would be a bad idea of you do not have any products to tame the hair otherwise it’ll just get nappy. It comes with baby hairs already, but I cut mines a little shorter. It is manageable after a while, but if you aren’t familiar with caring for curly hair especially synthetic then it’ll take some time to get it too look they way you want it to.

I have always been sort of reluctant to buy wigs online because you never know how it's really going to look compared to the photo when you get it. Well I am pleased to say that this wig is way better than I expected for such a good orive. I am very very pleased and I will continue to buy wigs from this company, as a matter of fact once I took this wig out of the box I was so pleased with it that I instantly became addicted to buying Wigs Online. So I most definitely give this wig to thumbs up! I love it!!!

Aloha! I really love the hair, its soft and resembles remy hair. I customized it and I can make a side part also. There is not alot of parting space and the hooks in back need more securing. But other than that it is a very nice wig!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@invisilacewig.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?

I purchased 20 in which is to my behind. I would say 14 is to mid back
